Partner Program Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective 27 August 2026

These Terms govern participation in the Marine Helper partner program (the Program) and, together with the Marine Helper Terms of Use, form the agreement between you (the Partner) and the operator of the service.

You accept these Terms when you register for the Program, publish a partner link, or place an order under a partner model.

There are three programs: business (an agency or crewing company ordering for its own seafarers), influencer (a blogger driving traffic through a link), and seafarer (inviting colleagues). Every section applies to all three unless stated otherwise.

1. Rates and steps

Lifetime turnoverDiscountCommission
0 US$ – 149 US$ 30% 15%
150 US$ – 399 US$ 37,5% 18,75%
400 US$ – 999 US$ 45% 22,5%
1000 US$ – 1999 US$ 52,5% 26,25%
2000 US$+ 60% 30%

A commission is half the discount rate on the same step and never exceeds 30%. Referral links sit outside the ladder: 5% on the first level and 5% on the second; a seafarer receives 5% + 5% to the in-app balance.

2. Turnover

Turnover is the sum of the catalogue prices of the Partner’s paid orders, in US dollars. The catalogue price is taken before your discount, so the discount model does not shrink your turnover.

Turnover is cumulative: it is counted over the entire time you take part in the Program. There is no accounting period, no rolling window and no reset. A step once reached is never lowered.

Unpaid and draft orders do not count. An order that has been refunded is removed from turnover.

The rate is fixed when the order is placed and is never revised retroactively. A new step applies to orders placed after it is reached. The order that itself takes you to the next step is charged at the previous rate, because it only enters turnover once it is paid.

3. Discount or commission

Exactly one reward is paid per order.

If the Partner places and pays for the order from their own account, they receive a discount at their rate; no commission is accrued on that order.

If a seafarer places and pays for the order themselves after following a partner link, the Partner receives a commission; no discount is applied to that order.

A discount and a commission are never combined on the same order.

4. Customer attribution

Following a partner link stores a click marker in the browser for 90 days. The attribution is written to the account the first time the customer signs in after that click.

Once written, the attribution lasts for as long as the Partner takes part in the Program and carries no expiry. It stands for as long as the Program runs.

The first attribution wins: a later click on another partner’s link does not overwrite it.

You may not refer yourself. Orders placed by the Partner through their own link, or by accounts the Partner controls, generate no reward.

5. Accrual and hold

A reward is accrued once the order is paid.

An accrued reward is held for 30 days from the moment of accrual, whatever the order was paid with. During the hold the amount is visible in the cabinet but cannot be withdrawn.

The hold exists because a customer can charge back after the reward has already been accrued.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and reversal

If the customer is refunded or charges back, the reward for that order is reversed, whether or not the hold has expired.

If a reversed reward has already been paid out, the amount is withheld from future accruals. Where there are no future accruals, the debt is repayable on our request.

We may reverse any reward obtained in breach of section 9 and refuse to pay it out.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made in USDT over the TRC20 and ERC20 networks. No other payout method is available.

The minimum payout is 100 USDT.

A request may be submitted once a week, and only one request may be open at a time. Requests are reviewed manually within 10 business days of submission.

The network fee is deducted from the payout. The Partner receives the requested amount less that fee.

The Partner supplies the wallet address and the network. Funds sent to an incorrectly supplied address, or over the wrong network, cannot be recovered.

A submitted request cannot be withdrawn: its amount is reserved on the balance until it is decided. A rejected request returns the amount to the balance.

Payouts are made to the Partner’s own wallet only. We do not pay out to third-party wallets.

8. Verification, sanctions and jurisdictions

We may, before any payout, request proof of the Partner’s identity and of the origin of their traffic, and hold the payout until it is provided.

No payout is made to a person named on EU, US, UK or UN sanctions lists, to anyone acting on their behalf, or into a jurisdiction where such a payout is prohibited by applicable law.

By accepting these Terms the Partner confirms that they are not named on those lists and are not acting on behalf of anyone who is.

We may refuse or suspend a payout on reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of sanctions, and will tell the Partner the reason.

9. Prohibited traffic

Prohibited: paid search on the Marine Helper, Crewings and ToSea brand terms, their misspellings and transliterations; domains and accounts that imitate our brand.

Prohibited: unsolicited email, chat, group and direct messages, and any spam carrying our brand.

Prohibited: coupon and cashback aggregators, incentivised traffic, bots and automated clicks.

Prohibited: overwriting or injecting partner markers into traffic you did not bring, and any other way of claiming a visit that is not yours.

Prohibited: presenting yourself as Marine Helper, and promising employment, salary or results on our behalf beyond what our official materials state.

Breach results in reversal of the rewards on the affected orders, suspension from the Program, and refusal to pay the reversed amounts.

10. Disclosure

The Partner must clearly disclose the partnership in promotional material where the law of their country or of their audience’s country requires it — in particular the FTC rules (16 CFR Part 255) in the US and advertising disclosure requirements in the EU and the UK.

Compliance with those requirements is the Partner’s responsibility.

11. Taxes

Rewards are paid gross. The Partner declares the income and pays any taxes due under the law of their country of residence.

We are not a tax agent, we withhold no tax and we issue no tax or accounting documents. The accrual and payout history is available in the cabinet.

12. Changes and termination

We may change the rates, the step thresholds, the hold period, the minimum payout and the rest of these Terms by publishing a new version on this page.

Changes take effect 30 days after publication and apply to orders placed after that date. Rewards already accrued are not recalculated.

The Program may be terminated on 30 days’ notice. Every reward whose hold has expired at that point is paid out as usual.

We may suspend a Partner for breach of these Terms. Suspension closes the cabinet and stops accruals on new orders.

13. Data

We process the Partner’s data and the technical data of partner-link clicks in line with the Marine Helper privacy policy.

A partner link stores a click marker in the visitor’s browser. By publishing the link, the Partner is responsible for obtaining the visitor’s consent where applicable law requires it.

14. Law, disputes and contact

These Terms supplement the Marine Helper Terms of Use, which determine the applicable law, the dispute procedure and the details of the operator.

Claims relating to the Program go to support@marinehelper.com and are answered within 30 days of receipt.

These Terms are published in Russian and English. Where the two differ, the English version prevails.
